|Duties & Responsibilities:||The Agency Program Aide position is in the non-competitive class and will be filled through the review of a résumé and a personal interview process. An Agency Program Aide functions as a paraprofessional who performs a wide variety of administrative activities and tasks in support of the laboratory administration and quality assurance.
Monitor and maintain compliance with grant requirements.
Assist in the compilation of data to be used in the preparation and analysis of agency budget submissions.
Assist in evaluating and coordinating training opportunities.
Develop and implement methods of data analysis.
Prepare tables, charts, and reports to describe the analysis and document procedures and analytical methods.
Assist in reviewing and revising policy and procedures manuals.
Assist in the review, evaluation and analysis of a variety of reports and records specific to the assignment.
Schedule and coordinate section meetings, prepare agendas and minutes; monitor task assignments.
Prepare and edit draft correspondence and other documents.
Perform duties and tasks relating to the efficient administration of the laboratory operations as assigned by supervisor.
Train and supervise staff.
|Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:||One year permanent service in a clerical, keyboarding or secretarial position allocated as an SG-9 or higher.|
