Registration FormsThe 2013 Empire State Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Conference (ESLETS) is scheduled for April 18 -19, 2013, in Rochester, N.Y. at the Radisson Rochester Riverside Hotel.
The average citizen continues to be at far greater risk of being injured or killed in a motor vehicle crash than from any other cause. Through the Empire State Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Conference, police officers of all ranks can share experiences and strategies to improve safety in their communities. While agencies statewide have had to forgo other training opportunities due to fiscal constraints, the Empire State Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Conference provides an opportunity to improve professional competence with limited fiscal impacts. The full cost of the conference, including meals, is fully supported by grant funding and offered free to law enforcement personnel. Lodging at the Radisson Rochester Riverside Hotel is available at government rates, and may qualify for reimbursement under local traffic safety grants. Even in these challenging economic times, the ESLETS Conference is an opportunity your department and community cannot afford to miss.
The Empire State Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Conference is the only traffic safety conference of its kind in New York State: by law enforcement, for law enforcement. It is Law Enforcement Only Conference, where topics discussed are not only relevant to you as a police officer, but where your ideas are respected and likely shared by others.
